Our packages are always min 10 % off compared to single products + transfers are included, also airport transfers (on set times)

Day 1:

Transfer from Kirkenes airport, cruise harbour, or Thon/Scandic hotel Kirkenes, based on your choice upon booking.
Check-in at Snowhotel Reception
12:00 Lunch available in Gabba (optional, not included in the package)
13:00 Husky Mountain Hike
17:30 Meet at Gabba: Welcome tour for your overnight in the Snow Room
18:30 3-course dinner in our Restaurant "Låven"

Day 2:

08:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
10:00 Free time: Enjoy summer in the Park, meet huskies and reindeer or go for a hike
13:00 King Crab Safari incl. lunch
17:00 Check in your cabin, relax or try sauna
18:30 3-course dinner in our Restaurant "Låven"
20:30 Ice bar is open (optional, not included in the package)

Day 3:

08:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
09:00 Transfer to Kirkenes airport, cruise harbour, or Thon/Scandic hotel Kirkenes, based on your choice upon booking.

Package Description

Upon your arrival to Kirkenes, we will pick you up, either at the Kirkenes airport, boat harbour, or Thon or Scandic hotel Kirkenes.

Upon arrival to the Snowhotel, you can check-in at our reception where we will give you all necessary practical information and take care of your luggage. Our restaurant will be open, and it is recommended to order lunch before going out on your first adventure.

At 13:00 it’s to time to meet up in the dog yard for your Husky Mountain hike. You will get your own husky to hike with and will be joined by a guide who will show you the way through the mountainous landscape surrounding the Snowhotel. Take in the beautiful nature and amazing views while being in the good company of your own husky.

The dinner program will start with a guided tour of the Snowhotel. During your three-course dinner in Låven restaurant we will give a "how-to-sleep-in-the-Snowhotel" tutorial on how to sleep comfortably in our minus 4 Celsius Snow Rooms. After dinner the ice bar at the Snowhotel will be open.

After waking up from a magical night at the Snowhotel, you are welcome to our breakfast buffet which is served at our restaurant. We will kindly ask you to check out of your Snow Room before breakfast.

After breakfast you will have time to enjoy our park; visit the Snowhotel, cuddle with the huskies and visit the reindeer, go for a hike, or try your luck fishing in the fjord (fishing available for rental). The restaurant is open if you would like to order some lunch.

At 12:40 your guide will meet you at the reception to take you to Kirkenes for the King crab Safari. After gearing up with a safety suit, goggles and other equipment, we’ll head out by RIB on the fjord to go fish the king crab. Once the catch is secured, you'll return to prepare and enjoy a fresh, hearty lunch back at the restaurant. The activity concludes around 16:00, giving you some free time to unwind in your cabin, relax in the sauna, or explore the surroundings before dinner.

On the last day you can enjoy once again our breakfast buffet before checking out. As requested in your reservation, we will take you to Kirkenes, the boat harbour or the airport.

Your overnight accommodation & activities are non-optional and will be selected automatically when making your reservation.
If you would like to change your first night in the Snow Room to a night in a gamme cabin, please contact info@snowhotelkirkenes.com with your request (subject to availability).
Please select your choice of transfer on the first and last step.

Good to know:

Staying overnight in a Snow Room means you will stay in a cold room, totally made of ice, in an average temperature of - 4°C (regardless the time of the year).
Dinner menus are the daily chef`s choice, prepared from local, Arctic ingredients.
Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
